SPECIAL NOTICES
Potter's Cake is pleased to announce that our delivery service has resumed. For further details, please proceed to "Ordering Details".
Ordering
1) Cancellations after 5pm(on day of order) will not be entertained.
2) Orders have to be made at least 1 day in advance or by 5pm for next day delivery/collection.
3) No refunds will be made once the order is processed.
Payment
4) Friends & family may pay upon delivery.
5) We require all other purchases to be made via paypal/bank transfer.
Collection/Delivery
6) Collection/delivery service is only available from 7pm
7) No collection/delivery service will be available on Saturdays.
Don't Discard your pots!!
8) These little pots may serve as pencil holders, flower pots... etc...
9) If you have no need for them, WE DO! =) Return it to us on your next purchase and receive ($0.20 x No. of pots returned) knocked
off the purchase price.
10) Pots returned have to be in good condition. Potter's cake reserves the right to reject any pots deemed unsuitable.

Ordering Details
Shipping Costs:
Self collection at Marine Parade Rd(More details will be given out upon order).
There will be a delivery charge of 10 SGD (to a single location)for all orders under $70.
Free delivery will be offered for a min. order of $70 to a single location.
Delivery charges will be collected upon delivery for the paypal payment option.
Payment Methods:

Ordering procedures:
Orders are to be placed before 5pm to ensure delivery the next working day.
It is recommended that orders be placed 3 days in advance. This is to allow time for the cake to set.
From personal experience, it tastes best after at least 24hrs of production.
For example, for the cake to be consumed on wednesday,
1. order on monday
2. in which you would receive a reply.
3. cake would be delivered on tuesday night
4. Allow it to chill and set in the refrigerator overnight
5. Tadda....on wednesday, it'll be all ready to impress your tastebuds!!
Care for Potter's cakes:
Tiramisu is best served chilled
As raw eggs are used, the cake should be consumed 7 days from date of production, ie. approx 4 days from date of receiving the cake.

FAQs
What are the ingredients used and are they safe for consumption?
The ingredients used are mainly Mascarpone cheese, cream, sponge fingers, coffee, eggs, sugar, alcohol.
Rest assured that the key ingredients used hail from Italy, France, Germany,
apart from eggs and sugar which orginates from Singapore and Malaysia.
How long can the tiramisu last?
Maximum 7 days, best consumed by the fifth day from date of production
How do I keep the tiramisu fresh?
The aluminium foil acts as a lid for the Tira Pot.
Therefore, to consume the cake, gently take off the lid making sure that it's intact.
In order to preserve the remaining cake, place the lid back on the pot and keep it chilled.
Do not put it in the freezer and NEVER LEAVE YOUR TIRAMISU EXPOSED.
How are the dimensions of the pots?
The pot measures approx (9.5cm x 8.5cm x 5.5cm)( top diameter x height x base diameter)
